Next --- do not flush anything down the drain except human excretion. That’s it.

Flushing down other things like medicine and antibiotics will kill the bacteria and harm the microbes you need to break down the waste. So, if anyone in the family has been using antibiotic medicines over a long period of time (6 months+), they should not use a composting toilet. Unfortunately, antibiotics will be present in their excretion and will kill the microbes and the bacteria.
